"I have been a customer for almost 48 years.
Started here with Dee Forney than Rick Barr.
I always had them stand up for me when adjusters try to push you to do something else. My windshield has a Crack, the company is trying to make me use aftermarket even though FORD states aftermarket on these vehicles are not advised. Could void my warranty.
Dan Martin and staff didn't fight for me even though FORD documents show why OEM is required. 2024 ST. Explorer these are special additions.
Totally let down. I didn't even take a rental.
Its been a week and they still show APPLE AUTOMOTIVE. They have been gone 2 years.
Find agent that will fight for you. Especially when you pay for them to do this."

"We would not be writing this 5-Star review if it wasn’t for Megan N.. I wouldn’t even be a State Farm customer today if it wasn’t for Megan. During changes I made to our auto policy with a former employee, changes were made without my knowledge eliminating rental car and tow coverage. This was the 2nd time this had happened. I told Megan that I couldn’t have my insurance with a company that cost me money and didn’t communicate the way. I thought they should have. Megan didn’t try to stop me from leaving. She talked to me and offered a sit down with Dan Martin to discuss what had happened and Review every line item in both my Auto and homeowners policy. A few weeks after that, someone hit our car and even though I went through the claims department, Megan was there every step of the way to help me and even send messages through Teams to my claims handler when I couldnt get through on the phone.

Im glad i called that day to vent to Megan at Dan Martin Farm. Otherwise I would have never known this is where i needed to be. THANK YOU MEGAN N"
